the trb and the agencies themselves do

Yan's work in terms of trying to educate

in effect the workforce that's there to

help develop our infrastructure but it's

not enough and I think Cornell can play

an incredible role in continuing to

raise the level of awareness and

understanding of the different forms of

procurement that are in place right now

think it can really Bridge a lot of the

misunderstanding gaps that are out there

whether it's on the financing side or on

different rich rich areas of
